Join us for a free online retreat to remember how to access this sweet ground of our being: unconditional contentment. We provide you tools to be okay with anything life comes up with.

This weekend, hosted by ineayoga School Corfu, is a journey for you to unmask happiness, a perspective of living that will give you more relaxation and stress-release on a sustainable basis. We gathered a few exquisite yoga teachers and mindfulness experts to guide you through yoga practices, workshops and sessions to cultivate a deeper understanding of how to access this peaceful place of nurturing contentment.

We'll explore what exactly is mindfulness, debunk some common myths and explore a whole host of fun, accessible and interactive take-home techniques that you can use to ground, de-stress and feel more in touch with the present moment. In the second half Cat guides you through a slow and nourishing Yoga Nidra practice.

A workshop to uncover and explore what joy looks like and feels like for you. This workshop will include an invitation to digest some of yoga’s core teachings about our capacity for fulfilment, freedom and joy; not so that we merely intellectualise the sweetness of its offering and instead begin to powerfully unravel what that might mean in the context of our own lives.

Understanding Human Emotions

In this workshop, you will learn about the natural waves of our basic human emotions. We will explore what our emotions inform us about and how inhibiting emotions can cause problems in the body. Last, we will look at conscious ways of how to notice, express, and contain emotional charge.
