Join us for an empowering Men’s Yoga Retreat, designed specifically to address the unique needs of men on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. This retreat offers a unique opportunity for men to escape the daily grind, explore inner landscapes, and build a supportive community.
Our mornings begin with invigorating yoga sessions, combining movement, breathwork, and meditation. These dynamic yet gentle flows are tailored to help you gain a deeper experiential understanding of yogic teachings and a reconnection to yourself.
The midday and afternoon sessions are dedicated to delving into your personal themes and struggles, exploring their relevance to your life through guided meditations, men's work, and sharing circles. These sessions promote personal reflection and growth. Our aim is to unveil your challenges in life, to become more conscious of them, and to find a strategy to work with them. We aim for you to leave with more clarity on how to continue your journey, enhanced by a supportive, authentic, and honest community of men.
The evening yin yoga sessions are for unwinding and relaxation. Yin works on the parasympathetic nervous system, meaning it invites you to deeply recharge and heal. This serene end to the day allows the teachings to sink in profoundly, igniting insight and transformation.

Our style of yoga
Our Yoga classes are designed to deepen your connection with the body and your inner essence. We honour the ancient yogic traditions and integrate them into the practices. Morning sessions are active; some are flowy and creative like a gentle vinyasa (don't expect power yoga or gym workouts), whilst others are more of a breath-based moving meditation, like tantra yoga. Evening practices are designed for relaxation, restoration and inner intimacy through yin yoga, yoga nidra and sound journeys.
Come to gorgeous Corfu and we will provide you with everything you need for a nourishing and rejuvenating yoga retreat, surrounded by stunning sunsets, seaviews and, of course, plenty of gorgeous, healthy, local vegetarian food. It will be amazing! Athina and Cedric, founders of INEA•YOGA, are thrilled to welcome experienced teachers Pim and Sarah to guide and support you with love and presence throughout your retreat with us.
